5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return
2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
3. Ship the item back to us with the RAN clearly marked on the package
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

5.2 Refund Timeline

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.3 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
